Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: your username, email address and a scrambled copy of your password. We can't read your password.
• What you post: your ratings, reviews, comments, reports and profile text. Your username, ratings, reviews, comments and profile are public.
• Messages you send us: the name, email address and message you enter on the contact page. These arrive as an email and aren't saved on the site.
• Security records: the IP address you signed up from, the IP address of failed login attempts, and the IP address of contact messages (kept for about a day), which help stop abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, send emails you need (such as confirming your address or resetting your password), and keep the site free of spam and abuse. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in, plus a second if you tick "Remember me". We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The join and contact pages use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated use. Google's own privacy policy applies to that check.

Your choices

You can change your details or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your ratings, reviews and comments.
